The aim of Dhenim is to offer relevant stakeholders a platform to develop joint marketing strategies and to aid in the growing awareness of the Dutch higher education brand in a selective number of target countries.
Dhenim has a two main roles. It offers a platform for Dutch higher education institutions to share best practices and information and to coordinate marketing activities and issues regarding positioning.
Secondly, Dhenim acts as an independent advisory centre. Dhenim can, upon request and unsolicited, give advice about the efficiency of Dutch positioning activities to important stakeholders in Dutch higher education on international marketing and recruitment.
In this capacity Dhenim operates as an expertise centre in the field of international marketing of higher education.
It is not Dhenim's objective to replace existing official spokespersons or the deliberative bodies of universities (of applied sciences) and institutes of international education.
